Terms of Booking

DEPOSIT: The first deposit in reserves the yacht. Once we receive your $500 dollar deposit, we lock in your reservation date and requested boat. This $500 goes towards the balance and will be reflected on the payment page. If you need to change the day and time, contact us at 872-326 BOAT or 872-326-2628. We are happy to work with you so that your charter is exactly your way. Please keep in mind this reservation is a United States Coast Guard (USCG) bare boat charter. This price includes: Captain & crew, ice, filtered water, fuel, & pick up at Bayshore Yacht & Tennis Club (BYTC) Helpful Information: There is a small shop on the BYTC premise, called, "Island Market" located in the same building. Special Note: We offer concierge service and event planning, these are additional services and are priced accordingly. We understand that some guests prefer to coordinate in part or entirely on their own. Some examples of additional concierge service are the following: - Towels - Favors - Food - Specialty Beverages - Decorations - Napkins, plates, & cutlery - Snacks - DJ Equipment We understand that travel plans change. Please note that you have 24 hours before your charter begins to change your itinerary and apply your deposit to the rescheduled time. If you cancel or reschedule after the 24 hours before your charter cast off time, we reserve the right to keep your deposit. Payment: You may need to tap the same card that you booked with to confirm your identity.
